RESPONSIBILITIES

• Crafting of strategic business plans and Brand Mappings to deliver short and mid-term business goals.
• Oversee the development and implementation of marketing and promotional plans covering Ethical, OTC and Consumer targets.
• Activate digital Direct-to-Consumer operations to strongly increase the share of business in OTC channel.
• Lead the strategic positioning and strong expected growth for the dermo-cosmetic sector and define, propose and lead a launch/re-launch plan for the food supplement range.
• Track and review the effectiveness of marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Collect market intelligence on the needs of customers, industry trends, and the strategy and tactics of its competitors; analyze and formulate appropriate strategies and tactics to target key opportunities.
• Plan and manage brand’s budget, including promotions planning and monitoring of all marketing and trade promotion expenses.
• Optimize portfolio management and launch plans.
• Align and Collaborate with the HQ respective regional teams in charge of the two ranges.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s degree level in marketing or health science discipline + marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in marketing function of pharmaceutical and/ or consumer healthcare industry.
• Experience in Consumer Healthcare and/or Dermatology is preferred.
• Vietnamese, fluent English.
• Global vision, Creative thinking.
• Strong Team working capacity, both supervising / guiding team and collaborating closely with sales team.
• Consistency.
