RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsibility to business growth:

  • To conduct market research to study and analyze coconut market size, market trends, competitors relating to coconut to identify opportunities and drive the business.
  • Sourcing suppliers and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers.
  • Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes.
  • Being responsible for sales targets.
  • Expanding the potential customer base and exploring new and emerging overseas market opportunities.
  • Build B2B e-commercial platform such as (Alibaba, go4worldbusiness…) to display all products.
  • Negotiate selling/buying price and others trading term with supplier and buyer to close sales
  • Ensuring that the client orders and product specifications are correct and delivered on time.
  • Overseeing and dealing with customer complaints and finding ways to resolve their problems.
  • Managing, responding to and supporting customers’ requirements in order to ensure that products and services meet their highest
  • Payment collection.
  • Other tasks assigned

2. Report:

  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing market information.
  • Prepares sales forecast, actual plans and strategies by coordinating with managers to achieve sales target monthly.
  • Debt collection management to achieve a low level of outstanding debt ratio.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Have at least 03 years of experience in a similar position in the Export/Oversea business preferably in coconut or other agriculture products, …
  • Business level of English skill, Chinese as a plus.
  • Excellent communication, diligence, and attention to detail.
  • Further sales skills like persuading/convincing, analysis.
  • Strong Team player with positive working attitude.
