RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Growth Marketing:

  • Responsible for marketing activities in all markets the company is currently operating or targeting.
  • Accountable for delivering business results by leading the development and execution of the marketing campaigns across the region.
  • Formulate commercial and marketing efficient strategy to deliver volume targets and profitability through enhancing brand marketing, sales channels management and customer service.
  • Run RGM by designing and executing a full portfolio of both short- and long-term initiatives to drive above-market growth, through a range of strategies around assortment, promotions, trade management and pricing.
  • Set up annual channels priorities and execution plan to deliver sales budget across channels.
  • Strategize, elaborate and exercise how to penetrate new channels, especially overseas.
  • Work closely with the trading, finance, and other teams to build a sustainable and strong business pipeline.

2. Brand Marketing:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, especially for international market, including the creation of promotional.
  • Plan and execute events, such as roadshows and product launches, to increase brand awareness and attract new customers and business partners.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s brand image and reputation through effective brand positioning, messaging, and consistent brand communication across various channels.

3. Market Research and Customer Management:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, then highlighting key achievements, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities, evaluate market trends, and develop market entry plans to maximize business growth and market share.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention efforts through effective lead generation, customer relationship management (CRM), and customer loyalty programs.

4. Other:

  • Stay updated on international regulations, compliance requirements, and market entry barriers to ensure the company’s adherence to legal and regulatory standards in international markets.
  • Travel internationally to meet customers, attend industry events, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, establish KPIs and monitor the performance of marketing activities in delivering against prioritized key metrics.
  • All other duties as assigned periodically by manager.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent will be a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in international marketing as a CMO or Marketing Director, preferably in the food ingredients and beverages industry.
  • Language required: English (fluently).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse marketing team.
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of the food ingredients and beverages industry, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing ROI and financial metrics.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
