RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for daily operations, activity planning, maintenance, and expansion of company social communities and small applications.
• Continuously identify customer needs and enhance user engagement and experience.
• Participate in planning the company’s operational expansion activities.
• Proficiency in social community and small application operation rules, adept at user expansion.
• Practical experience in using social community chat tools for maintenance and marketing.
• Excellent communication and conversion skills.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in standard Vietnamese with clear articulation.
• Evaluate post-conversion and expansion interactions.
• Adjust conversation scripts for potential conversions.
• Focus on converting potential customers through expansion.
• Strong resilience, high enthusiasm, and a strong desire to earn money.
• Foreign language: basic English, Proficient in Mandarin Chinese.
• PROBATIONARY PERIOD: 3 months – according to Philippine law.

BENEFITS

• Sponsor all costs of Visa, air tickets of candidates (candidates will advance in advance, after signing the Probationary Contract will be taken back).
  Cover the full cost of the Work Permit procedure.
• Accommodation support: Parksuite Monash – dom accommodation, staying from 2 – 4 people/room, if outsourced at your own expense (supported 7,000 pesos – about 3 million VND). The accommodation is equipped with amenities such as television, air conditioning, washing machine, refrigerator.
• Work after 6 months: there will be 15 days off/year (there will be 01 flights to Vietnam every year (supporting round-trip tickets). You can choose cash compensation if you don’t use any day off.

• Additional allowance for women 4,000 pesos – about 1.7 million VND, men 3,000 pesos – about 1.3 million VND.
• No health insurance.
• Birthday gifts for employees (based on date of birth in passport).
• Year-end bonuses are based on job performance, location, and years of work.
• There is a shuttle from the house to work and vice versa (about 5p by bus)
• There will be driver arrive the airport procession for the first time through the Philippines.
