RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop the strategic and operational frameworks necessary to grow and support the business goals.
• Balance efforts towards longer-term strategic business results with profitable growth and increased market share in the short-term.
• Ability to build a strong functional team and someone having multi-functional expertise (Sales, Marketing, Operations, New Product development, Finance, Systems, HR etc.)
• Setting up parameters for effective governance, risks and sustainable platform.
• Building a capable organization for a larger strategic event.
• Owning and monitoring the finances (top / bottom line), managing the capital and cashflow and ensuring compliance with safeguarding and investment requirements.
• Identify and manage the best partners and vendors that allow for rapid go-to-market of the company’s products and services.

REQUIREMENTS

• MBA or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as CEO/COO or relevant role, preferably in startups.
• High on integrity.
• A self-starter who needs minimal supervisory control, Entrepreneurial mind-set with a High degree of passion and drive.
• 10+ years in fintech, consumer finance, and/or banking experience.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high degree of multi-tasking. Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc. and ownership of P&L, balance sheet, and budgets.
• Track record of building productive teams and delivering results in challenging markets.
• Able to work strategically but also willing to work hands on whenever required.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and working in fast changing fintech.
• Strong grasp of compliance requirements with relevant ministries.
• Vietnamese and English language required.
