RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drives customer satisfaction and loyalty by establishing and maintaining open, trust-based relationships with departmental clients, resulting in increased collaboration and operational efficiency.
• Developing and executing a comprehensive business strategy.
• Implementing a data-driven approach to analyze and enhance sales processes, equip the sales team with the necessary tools and training, and foster a high performance culture to consistently exceed sales targets.
• Driving sales growth by providing dedicated support to sales teams, including customer engagement and the development of tailored communication plans in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, aligning staff capabilities with departmental objectives.
• High-impact strategic leadership position responsible for bridging the gap between sales and operations, reporting directly to the Sales Director and COO.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing a sales team (minimum of 7 people or more)
• Proven ability to foster collaboration, drive problem resolution, and achieve results through effective communication.
• Ability to analyze the market, good promotion, and marketing skills.
• Candidates with a strong track record of building and maintaining advertising partnerships will be given preference.

• Deep understanding of the National market landscape is a BIG plus.
