RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Planning:

• Monthly sales Plan
• Weekly Plan

2. Lead generation:

• Do Telesales
• Support sales activation event
• Build good relationship with all account to increase loyalty and get referral

3. Consultation:

• Pre-consultation and make appointment
• Consult to course to the parents
• Drive sales to achieve target

4. Handle customer payment for new customers:

• Handle payments on system
• Hand over cash balance to ACC/TTO

5. Management:

• Manage lead and take action on time
• Prepare weekly and monthly leads and sales report to sales manager

6. KPIs:

• Monthly Lead Target
• Monthly sales target
• Closing rate target

REQUIREMENTS

1. Education:

• College/University graduated is an advantage.

2. Experience:

• Sales experience, including in counselling, advising and customer service.
• Good product knowledge.
• Sales orientation.

3. Technical skills:

• Fluent in Vietnamese; English fluency is an advantage.
• Familiar with MS Office.

4. Soft Skills:

• Good communication and persuasion skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Team player, interacts well with people of all levels.
• Strong sales and customer service focus.

5. Other requirement:

• Well presented.
• Enthusiastic, professional and well-organized.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Available for shift working.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Outgoing personality and self-motivated.
