RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform and submit cash flow forecasting, P/L budgeting with detailed assumptions on timely basis.
• Prepare accounting reports and prepare budget according to plan.
• Be responsible for HR matters (monthly payroll, employee compulsory insurance compliance, etc..).
• Build, draft, amend and supplement documents, regulations, policy…related to financial – accounting operations.
• Develop and document accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal control.
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual review of Tax declaration and finalization (VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT…), audit reports.
• Be responsible for tax compliance of the company.
• Work with external stakeholders such as Tax authority, Bank, Auditor.
• Prepare management reports at the request of superiors and report to the director, management department when required.
• Manage about:
  – Plan, assign and evaluate staff accountant.
  – Check input and output invoices.
  – Store, arrange documents, company invoices, rotate in the right order.
  – The accounting activities including AR, AP, taxation, invoicing, bookkeeping in compliance with accounting law and relevant regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from College, University majoring in Accounting.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, preferably general accounting, foreign company accounting with Freight Forwarder service.
• Proficient in office computers.
• Use accounting software Misa.
• Good communication in both English and Vietnamese.
• Relevant certifications such as CMA or CPA will be preferred.
