RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Human Resources Management:
- Manage all HR functions (HR organization chart, recruitment, compensation & benefits, policies, KPIs & performance appraisal, training development).
- Recommend solution of HR organization chart & department responsibilities.
- Plan and manage recruitment.
- Manage all compensation related issues, including working timesheet, payment of salaries, social insurance, personal income tax and other requirements with relevant authorities.
- Lead & manage procedures & paperwork relating to offer letters, employment contracts & other required documents for employees.
- Build up KPIs & performance appraisal system (performance of departments & key persons). Implement & manage yearly performance review process for employees.
- Review, revise & develop HR policies and procedures to support the company’s operations & development, to help talent engagement & retention.
- Recommend HR budget & manage HR budget approved.
Build up orientation training program and other training courses for HR development.
- Develop company culture.
- Support Trade Union.
- Update new Laws, new regulations and give advices to the company.
- Develop HR reports as required for CEO.
2. Administration Management:
- Manage and supervise Admin team.
- Develop and implement administrative system.
- Build, update Admin policies and procedures.
- Yearly planning and organizing teambuilding, year-end party, health check.
3. Compliance and HSE:
- Supervise HSE and compliance team to meet the standard and requirement (for internal and customer audit).
4. Others assigned by BOD.
REQUIREMENTS
- College/ University degree in relevant fields.
- At least 10 years of experiences, working in factory.
- Can using English is a plus.
- Must be proficient in Words, Microsoft Excel, Emailing.
