RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Safety
- Responsible for LOTO and Machine safety standards.
- Do the SMAT, OSA, and EMAT every month.
- Join in the fire fighting activity of the plant.
2. Maintenance
- Lead maintenance team to do PM and AM (reliability pillar) for all equipment. Implement and up to date Reliability pillar board.
- Troubleshoot all breakdowns by EWO and WCM tools.
- KPI tracking and reporting weekly, monthly, and yearly.
- Provide technical support for maintenance, PQC, and production teams in correlation with the technical strategy.
- In the operational phase, the Maintenance Supervisor will plan and implement the maintenance plan regarding the operation at the best technical parameters of the equipment, will ensure the operation of Electrical, Mechanical and Mold systems at the technical parameters established, and the maintenance of all equipment in the factory.
- Provide and do the equipment improvement for safety, quality, and productivity.
- Install new line and equipment.
3. Expense: Control maintenance expenses in budget monthly and yearly.
4. People development: Build competency framework and training plan for direct report.
5. Other tasks be assigned by the line manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Manufacturing.
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience of the following:
– Working in the maintenance field in foreign companies.
– Design machine parts.
– Working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
– Working with AC servo motor and SCADA system.
– Experience in roll forming is an advantage.
- Dimension tolerance, surface finishing.
- Cold roll forming and stamping.
- Basic in automation.
- Transmission components.
- Hydraulic and pneumatic system.
- Motor/gearbox/coupling.
- WCM knowledge is an advantage.
- Good in presentation skill.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
- Proficiency in Auto CAD 2D, Inventor/Solidworks.
- The ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Evaluate practical problems in mechanics, electronics, control, process control, monitoring, and communication situations and propose solutions to those problems.
- Can communicate in English.
