RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise the work progress of each marketing person according to the set dateline.
• Monitor progress and goals set by the company for the department.
• Expand relationships, connect business customers.
• Summarize market analysis reports, promptly update the situation of the lubricating oil market in particular and the related market situation in general, and report it to Manager.
• Together with the Manager of the Department, come up with a suitable plan to expand the Vietnamese market.
• Responsible for bringing the brand and company image to the Vietnamese market in a professional way.
• Monitor members’ compliance with regulations and agreements.
• Monitor distributors and customers for compliance with contractual agreements.
• Connect to expand markets and opportunities.
• Tasks assigned by Manager.
• Customer satification suvey and analyze.
• Advertising plan.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Preferably know more English.
• University degree or higher in chemical engineering, science and engineering, business administration, marketing or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience. Lubricant sales experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office business application software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Good in team-work.
• Problem-solving skills.
