RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be responsible for P&L at the store.
• Implement all operational policies and procedures to achieve the business goals.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through store operations and effectively product pitch.
• Control store expenses, including staffing, supplies, and services.
• Oversee the operations and appearance of the store (opening, closing, security, cleaning, merchandising, inventory), ensuring facility maintenance and store presentation adhere to the brand standard.
• Manage customer experience at the store, providing test ride and exceptional customer service to visitors/customers
• Manage customer escalation quickly and effectively.
• Analyze data to improve sales and customer experience at the store.
• Work with the Marketing team for marketing activities at the store. – Recruit, train, and develop employees ensuring all positions are filled in a timely manner and consistently perform to company standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in similar positions with proven track record to meet and exceed goals
• Can think critically and extract signals from noises quickly Goals driven
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills – Superb organizing and operational skills
• Highly detail-oriented – Able to work both individually and in a team environment
• Good communication in English – Hi-tech, consumer goods, or automotive industry experience is a plus
• Personal laptop is preferred
