RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Work Objective:

• Overall responsible for all tax regulations and matters which are applicable to the company, including but not limited to CIT, PIT, VAT, WHT, house rental taxes.

2. Job Description:

• Submit all tax related periodic ad-hoc to related government agencies.
• Prepare yearly CIT finalization.
• Review economic contracts.
• Ensure all new tax regulations and updates are well informed to the management and applied accordingly.
• Ensure good practices & controls are recommended and implemented to minimize tax risk exposures for the company, to ensure robust tax position in accordance with tax law changes as well as business growth.
• Manage tax team, provide tax training to the team and the company.
• Follow with HQ tax team on the tax compliance assessment, tax planning, transfer pricing related.
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by managements.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplines

2. Experience:

• At least 05 years of experience in tax field, Understand very well Vietnam tax regulations
• 2 years of experience in a team leader, manager position

3. Competencies:

• Good communication and presentation skills, relationship building
• Have scientifically and effectively both independence or team-working
• Ability to identify, analyze and assess risks
• Ability to work under pressure
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, and creative at work

4. Other Requirements:

• Language: English: proficiency in both writing and speaking
• Able to travelling frequently
