RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Trade Marketing Management:

• Work with marketing team to align, input for trade marketing plans & activities.
• Cooperate with Sales manager to align for trade marketing plans & activities.
• Track, monitor, report performance of trade marketing plans/activities in his/her region.
• Keep tracking & analyze competition and propose action plan in his/her region.
• Weekly report on trade marketing activates to marketing team.

2. Budget Management:

• Control trade marketing budget to maximize benefits
• Track, monitor, report trade marketing budget spending

3. POSM:

• Work with Marketing on design of POSM.
• Align with Sales region & request Marketing team for POS production & delivery to distributor.
• Support Market Execution in term of POSM deployment.
• Analyze, report progress of POSM deployment in his/her region.

4. Market Intelligent:

• Monthly region analysis & competition report and propose action plan.
• Ad-hoc market report, analysis.
• Another tasks assigned by line manager.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Education:

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration Economics is minimum. MBA is preferable

2. Experience:

• At least 5 years’ experience in Sales, Trade Marketing or Commercial, FMCG experience is preferable.

3. Skill:

• Proficient English & Computer skill.
