RESPONSIBILITIES

• Stamping – Sewing – Molding, gluing – Complete
• Injection of fabric shoe soles (2 lines)
• Hot and cold pressing. Silk printing
• 2D-3D transfer printing
• Manage and be responsible for production process compliance
• Carry out production activities according to plan and be responsible for the results of specific production activities
• Management of raw materials and semi-finished products
• Manage and be responsible for product quality
• Manage and be responsible for maintaining and developing resource quality
• Manage and be responsible for production costs according to norms and regulations
• Manage production safety standards and be responsible for labor safety and production safety
• Manage and be responsible for using machinery, equipment and tools
• Manage and be responsible for 5S standards. Report production activities and results periodically (weekly) or unexpectedly to the SX2 Director, Plant Management Board and General Director Board in cases where reporting is required

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Graduated from high school, college or equivalent
• Training: professionally trained and has been in charge of practical work in a factory management position
• Skills: love your job, smart, agile, careful, proficient in using window office, employee management skills, employee training
• Experience: over 5 years of experience in production management in the Footwear manufacturing and processing industry
