RESPONSIBILITIES

• Orienting the curriculum for all majors.
• Orient training methods for majors.
• Responsible for managing the teaching quality of teachers in all majors.
• Responsible for managing the learning quality of students in all majors.
• Professional management by regulations of the Education Sector and Schools, including Ministry of Education programs.
• Responsible for orienting professional development and organizing professional activities of the division (Management of educational activities, Management of administrative and academic work, Management of parent-student relations (PHHS), Management of communications & foreign affairs…).
• Responsible for managing the teaching staff according to the regulations of the Industry and the School regarding professional expertise: consulting on class placement, forecasting the learning situation, care, and teaching; Coordinate with the Vietnamese Language Department to evaluate skills, train and improve team quality…
• Directly discuss and promptly resolve parents’ questions within the scope of authorization.
• Timely advise the QLCS and the Board of Directors on plans to optimize the Ministry of Education’s education program.
• Coordinate with the International Program to ensure the quality of teaching and learning.
• Coordinate with the Marketing department to develop and deploy PR and Marketing content.
• Develop activities to enhance the quality of teaching and learning.
• Other tasks related to Academic work handed over by Center Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• University graduate, bachelor’s degree belonging to Educational Management, University/Master’s Degree in education or other related major.
• At least 05 years of experience as an Operation principal –
• Understand clearly the regulations related to the curriculum according to the provisions of the Education Law.
• Have knowledge and experience in setting up curriculum and content in the field of education.
