RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Branding:

  • Develop a brand communication plan based on the company’s brand development strategy. Implement approved brand communication activities. Deploy brand communication activities with relevant departments. Monitor the implementation and evaluate the results of each brand communication campaign.
  • Manage the production of key brand assets from internal or agencies to ensure the content is consistent with the approved communication and marketing strategy.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify brand communication issues and opportunities that need to be addressed.
  • Develop communication plans for new products in line with the company’s strategic direction. Coordinate with relevant departments or partner units to implement the approved plan.
  • Develop communication plans for new facilities in the HCM market and provincial markets to increase brand awareness and consideration level.
  • Manage internal communication channels & schedule broadcasts & produce content suitable for each channel: website, social networks, Student portal.
  • Develop content on digital platforms with the goal of attracting potential customers & receiving customer information.
  • Manage website content and build SEO content strategy to increase website ranking on search engines.
  • Search for suitable international and domestic awards & propose to participate in competitions with the goal of building brand reputation and spreading brand love through these awards.
  • Manage Brand costs.

2. Public Relation:

  • Develop PR plans in line with short-term and long-term communication plans.
  • Manage PR team to develop and maintain press relations.
  • Responsible for proposing and implementing CSR campaigns in line with marketing strategy.
  • Manage media partnership programs.
  • Produce and monitor internal communications, ensuring employees are updated with all company marketing activities.
  • Manage the PR team to produce PR articles on multiple channels.
  • Handle media crises when incidents occur.
  • Make PR reports and manage agencies on PR clipping & social listening.

3. Design:

  • Work with agencies to develop a brand identity that is consistent with the new brand positioning strategy.
  • Manage all company images on communication materials, ensuring the image is consistent with the brand identity.
  • Manage the design team to develop art direction, art concept, layout for brand campaigns, new product launches, key visuals, events.
  • Manage the work of the design team to ensure orders from other departments are carried out on time and with quality.
  • Manage photoshoots and have a process for storing footage and images of all events, marketing strategies.
  • Art proofing before production.
  • Manage images inside and outside the campus.
  • Support SM in planning brand communication in line with the company’s marketing strategy.
  • Develop monthly promotion program for the entire market. Responsible for applying for promotion license and implementing promotion program with related departments (central ASA & IT & other marketing managers). Monitor the results of the promotion program.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Marketing Director.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Skills:

  • Comprehensive and systematic knowledge of marketing and branding activities
  • Leadership and strategic thinking skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Situational analysis, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Creativity and good analysis skills
  • Clear understanding of brand management principles
  • Good creative thinking, understanding of image composition and color is an advantage.
  • Ability to convey messages with sharp and vivid language.
  • Ability to handle crises & work in a team
  • Understanding customer insight
  • Proactively update market fluctuations and apply them in practice

2. Knowledge and Experience:

  • Qualifications: University degree in communications, journalism, marketing, economics, English
  • Specialization: Marketing, communications, economics
  • Experience: >5 years, At least 2 years of experience as a Brand Manager
  • Experience in agencies is an advantage.
  • Attitude: proactive, open-minded and good at managing and organizing work
  • Foreign language: Intermediate level of English communication.
  • Computer: Good power point skills. Proficient in office software, good excel skills.
