RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be responsible for business department metrics such: GSV, cost, revenue, staff performance, customer experience, etc.
  • Be responsible for conducting in-depth data analysis of the customer, drive and develop customer-specific growth strategies and approaches, solidifying position as a market leader in On-demand Delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams – tech, marketing, operations, finance – to propose new product features or services that will accelerate growth.
  • Build and develop winning strategies to acquire new customers and uplift existing businesses.
  • Track metrics performance, work with analytics team, apply technology to optimize performance & process of business department to maximize returns and expand a business brand.
  • Develop incentive schemes for sales staff, motivate and inspire the team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Manage the sales and marketing functions of a business to maximize returns and expand a business brand.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field; master’s degree is advantageous.
  • At least 7 – 10 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience.
  • Detail oriented, analytical and innovative thinking.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills.
  • High energy, passionate and inspiring.
  • Great stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
