RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In charge of all Teaching/Student/Human Resource matters at his/her branch.
  • Coordinate with different departments, ensure that the branch’s business operations are in line with the Company’s goals
  • Guarantee for the safety and hygiene quality at the Center. – Work in accordance with operating procedures/regulations of the Company.
  • Be responsible for training, giving guidance when necessary to employees at the center.
  • Ensure the efficiency of Human resource: based on the approved personnel quantity and the actual operations at the Center to ensure that the center has enough staff to operate efficiently.
  • Dividing workload reasonably to archive maximum work result. Evaluate staff members to give compliments/warnings/suitable discipline or end the contract.
  • Cooperate with HR head office to recruit for his/her branch, make sure the branch has enough personnel to run properly.
  • Plan Monthly/Quarterly/annual revenue & Branch Operation Budget – Follow up business result, usage of budget.
  • Build up policies which help develop and complete the revenue goal and help to ensure effective use of funds and expenses.
  • Proactively suggest plans to implement new marketing strategies with the – Marketing Department; make plans and run the events which are approved by Marketing Dept.
  • To actively engage and involved the branch’s local community.
  • Work with the Academic department to help to suggest activities and strategies to bring the best study experience to students.
  • Arrange employee’s schedule fairly and effectively, in accordance with company policies. Mark and evaluate staff based on KPIs in order to give bonuses monthly
  • Check and follow to ensure Administration records are stored and reported as required. – Represent the Company to work with other organizations in the area.
  • Receive reports from branch’s departments, review and approve suggested activities. – Report monthly the performance of the branch.
  • Perform other tasks related to branch management activities as assigned by RSM, CEO & Executive Board

REQUIREMENTS

  • University graduate, priority is bachelor’s degree belonging to Business Administration.
  • At least 02 years of experience, priority is given to candidates who have worked at Education/Finance/Insurance/Customer Service organizations.
  • Enjoy communicating with others, good manner
  • Other related skills: Leadership skill, Effective communication skill, Center management skill, Negotiation/persuasion skills, Organizational and supervisory skills, Thinking / analytical / synthesis skills
  • Working skills: Able to work under high pressure, ability to give motivate and influence, run and observe closely all activities, have knowledge in managing and running projects.
  • Working style: Integrity, honesty, courage, enthusiasm, dynamic, creative, innovative, progressive, flexible, well-adapted, careful, quick.
