RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer questions about products and services, suggest information about other products and services, and resolve all customer complaints.
- Process orders, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school graduate.
- Able to work rotating shifts and can work on holidays, 2 days off/week.
- At least 6 months experience in Customer Service or related position.
- Fluent English (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing) – Work 100% in English.
