RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mainly responsible for accounting management: Building, organizing, managing, operating and controlling accounting operations, book systems and documents in accordance with accounting standards and legal regulations current
• Prepare financial reports and tax reports periodically monthly/quarterly/yearly.
• Check and monitor financial revenues and expenditures, collection obligations, remittances and debt payments.
• Control revenue/expenses and cash flow monthly/quarterly/yearly
• Carry out an inventory of assets, cash flows as well as other assets related to the Company’s business activities or interests.
• Coordinate working with relevant authorities: tax, insurance, banking,
• Coordinate and provide information for the Company’s internal control work.
• Report in writing to the Board of Directors when detecting violations of financial and accounting laws in the Company.
• Organize the storage and preservation of records, vouchers and accounting documents according to the Company’s regulations and current legal requirements.
• Other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.

REQUIREMENTS

• English is quite an advantage
• Graduated from university
• Experience as department manager/KTT for 3 years or more, or equivalent position.
• Proficient in Misa/amis software…, and Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
• Ability to withstand pressure, enthusiasm and creativity in work, ability to work in groups.
• Personality is demanding, honest, careful, agile and has high spirit in work.
• Have skills in management, administration, synthesis, analysis, evaluation and reporting; problem solving; make decision; communication, communication, training.
