JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibility

• Organize the enterprise’s accounting system to record and account economic transactions arising in the Company’s business operations, on the basis of constantly improving the organizational structure and complying with the French Law. statistical accounting command.
• Completely set up and submit on time accounting reports, statistics and settlement according to State regulations and the Company’s Charter.
• Plan, organize, check, maintain and innovate effectively management accounting operations.
• Organize dissemination and guidance on timely implementation of financial and accounting regimes and regulations issued by the State to executive levels of the accounting and statistical system.
• Check the preservation and storage of accounting documents.
• Implement plans to train, foster, improve qualifications, and build a team of accountants of the Company.
• Perform management of the enterprise’s budget activities.
• Plan and make short-term financial decisions.

Powers

• Directly direct Deputy Accountant and Head of Accounting Department in assigning accountants.
• Recommended to recruit, transfer, upgrade, reward, and discipline accountants, storekeepers, and treasurers of the Company according to the Company’s labor and salary regulations.
• Have the right to request all departments in the Company to promptly transfer all necessary documents for the Chief Accountant’s inspection and control work.
• Accounting reports, statistical reports, credit documents and documents related to payment must have the signature of the Chief Accountant to be legally valid.
• When detecting a violation of the accounting and statistics ordinance, you have the right to report directly to the Board of Directors. In case the Board of Directors is not handled satisfactorily, the Board of Directors has the right to report to the Board of Directors.

Working relationship

• Advising the Board of Directors (directly the Chief Financial Officer) in strategic financial planning, in analyzing the economic and financial situation of the Company and checking and controlling the Budget business.
• Receive information about personnel and activities of the Accounting Department through the Head of Accounting Department.
• Receive information about the corporate financial situation through the Head of Finance and create a close and supportive relationship between two functions: accounting and finance.
• Report the implementation of the statistical accounting ordinance as well as the unit’s accounting work to the Board of Directors upon regular or unexpected requests.
• Receive information as well as provide information to Department Heads, Facility Managers or contact agencies in a timely and careful manner based on the consent of the Board of Directors.</li >
• Ensure requirements for economic and financial information security.
• Relationships with functional departments: Tax, Planning & Investment, Department of Corporate Financial Management…

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from University, majoring in corporate accounting, auditing, finance, preferably from Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics.
• Have at least 05 – 07 years of experience in a similar position.
• Understanding the field of management and diplomacy. Good in the fields of accounting, finance, statistics.
• Proficient in using accounting software and office computers.
• Careful, honest, highly responsible at work and under high pressure at work.
