RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Development of semi-finished products for general use – BTP specialized in production lines:
- Responsible for accessing and updating trends, designs, methods, and production processes of existing production lines on the market.
- Research designs, shapes, aesthetics, and usability of feasible production lines for future production, propose prototyping and trial production.
- Recommend technology investment to meet future production line needs, ensuring the selection of the most effective production method.
- Develop documents/plans and direct the implementation of trial production of simulated items or sample products/on the DDH, monitor production costs according to expectations.
- Introduce and communicate BTP, new lines.
- Report on the introduction of new production lines periodically or suddenly.
- Investment plan/improvement of production line technology.
- Documents/Plans for improving technical testing to create new BTP.
- Detailed design of BTP.
- Instructions/processes.
2. Managing and monitoring the effectiveness of the company’s equipment usage:
- Managing the equipment portfolio, monitoring its effectiveness.
- Recommending the use, transfer, improvement, replacement, purchase and disposal of equipment to the
- Board of Directors.
- Reporting the effectiveness of equipment usage.
- Infrastructure portfolio.
- Infrastructure management records.
- Overall equipment efficiency measurement – OEE.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Education:
- Degree and major: University.
- Major: Mechanical.
- Foreign language level (if required): Level B
- Other education required for the profession: Certificate of training in jewelry making.
2. Related experiences:
- Number of years of experience in a similar position (scope, scale, industry, etc.): 1 year in a similar position.
- Number of years of work experience related to the current job: Work experience related to the current job: Relatively knowledgeable about the jewelry, gold, silver, and stone markets.
- Can be in the jewelry industry or in the production of automobiles, fashion, and technology equipment.
