RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a methodology for implementing and organizing workshops to disseminate SLA development methods for the department.
• Establish task forces in the department for the implementation of SLA development for each department.
• Develop a plan for implementing SLA development across the entire chain.
• Apply SLA testing and evaluate the results before applying to all related activities.
• Establish a mechanism to measure and monitor monthly SLA implementation and develop SLA quality assessment reports on policies and implementation.
• Evaluate and identify the company’s back-end activities and processes that need to be improved.
• Propose a plan for continuous improvement of back-end processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree or higher in Economics, Banking and Finance, etc.;
• At least 03 years of experience in building SLA.
• Priority is given to candidates who have experience in building SLA for IT, Operations, Retail Banking, Finance, Accounting, etc.
