RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement a strategy for exchanging benefits and incentives for partners and vice versa, benefits/incentives for partners for the bank.
• Promote the digital bank’s brand recognition on the partner’s communication channels. Develop Presentation kits and other communication/MKT publications, display these publications at the partner’s points of sale.
• Propose ideas for new partner channel development projects, with action plans, measurement tools, and specific solutions.
• Check and ensure that the terms of the contract/cooperation agreement with partners bring a lot of value to the bank and do not go against the bank’s brand values.
• Update the partner/partner group and implement marketing cooperation programs in line with the bank’s direction in a fiercely competitive environment with many competitors, both banks and non-banks (fintech, technology companies, etc.).
• Coordinate with relevant departments and ensure the completion of the proposed work.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Finance, Banking, Marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields: partnership marketing, marketing…
• Experience in implementing multi-channel incentive programs.
• Candidates graduated from Marketing, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Economics,…
• Experience working in marketing, communications, agencies (serving bank programs), planning, building presentations, partnership relations.
• Experience working with partners, B2B.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a good team.
• Project management skills.
• Foreign language skills.
