RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Analyze, research and develop application solutions for the Group & Member Companies (20%)
- Coordinate with the PBCM business team to analyze requirements and plan the implementation of the Application.
- Coordinate with partners to find application solutions that meet the needs and development orientation of the Group and Member Companies.
- Organize the assessment of the level of application solutions meeting user requirements and technical technology.
- Proactively research new technologies and application solutions to meet the business requirements of PBCM.
2. Organize project management and supervise the implementation of application solutions (20%)
- Plan the implementation of the application and supervise the implementation according to the plan.
- Coordinate the PBCMs to deploy each application phase to meet the requirements.
- Coordinate the development and editing of applications to meet the business requirements of users.
- Coordinate with the Application Development Department and partners to integrate and develop applications.
3. Monitor and support IT of member companies (15%)
- Coordinate in planning system upgrades and adjustments.
- Coordinate application security reviews.
- Coordinate application solution deployment.
- Support operations and support application users.
4. Receive and process user feedback to improve product quality (20%)
- Organize user feedback to improve product quality and maintain a stable number of users.
- Get end-user feedback for each actual application function.
- Synthesize and analyze end-user feedback to propose improved product functions.
5. Monitor, supervise & support application operations (15%)
- Synthesize progress reports on process implementation, incidents, and feedback during operations.
- Ensure the application operation process runs smoothly and according to procedures.
- Receive information and improve to complete the operation process.
- Compile and improve the operation process, user manuals, training documents.
6. Carry out tasks assigned by the Department manager (10%)
- Regularly discuss and coordinate with team leaders in the Block to discuss the progress of implementing goals and tasks to complete the set goals.
- Carry out tasks assigned by the Department manager.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Knowledge and experience:
- Graduated from College or University with a major in IT or related fields.
- Have general knowledge of the field of application software in large-scale companies.
- Have worked on one of the application systems: ERP, CRM, HRM, E-OFFICE, …
- Have developed and operated applications on O365, Cloud, On-Premise platforms …
- Skills in analyzing and organizing information to advise and select integrated implementation.
- Have technical thinking in Application programming.
- At least 5 years of experience in the IT field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of implementing solutions and managing IT projects.
- Experience in user experience research.
- Experience working with large-scale data processing, storage, processing systems (real-time and batch) and analysis.
