RESPONSIBILITIES
A. DUTIES:
- Responsible for creating marketing plans and implementing communications to promote the company’s image and services to potential customers.
- Plan and implement communications activities to approach and attract job candidates.
- Build, develop and manage the Company’s communication channels and communication tools.
- Perform periodic reporting.
B. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identify channels and methods to approach potential customers and candidates:
- Update new trends.
- Recommend appropriate channels and methods to approach customers and candidates.
2. Plan, propose budget and implement approved marketing activities:
- Plan marketing activities to attract customers and job candidates.
- Propose budget for annual, quarterly and monthly marketing activities. Manage marketing costs.
- Develop a plan to use funds effectively.
3. Develop a source of customers and candidates for the Company’s recruitment activities:
- Make a periodic and specific plan for posting news and articles to achieve the highest efficiency in communication to attract customers and potential candidates.
- Implement digital marketing activities on social media channels according to the approved plan.
- Directly interact, receive and respond to inquiries, support the transfer of information to relevant departments.
- Responsible for drafting scripts, detailed plans, assigning and coordinating personnel at programs, events and preparing tools/equipment/media publications at events.
4. Build, develop and manage content and activities of communication channels:
- Build, manage website content and images.
- Set up and manage company accounts (Facebook, Zalo, Linked In, Instagram)
- Write news and promotional articles.
- Receive and handle customer/candidate contacts and inquiries.
5. Design communication images:
- Develop ideas and design images suitable for recruitment positions or other promotional programs of the company.
- Design images for holidays, invitations, and congratulatory events.
6. Take primary responsibility for implementing internal event activities within the Company:
- Coordinate with the Operations Department to develop ideas and programs for internal events.
- Responsible for designing images and communication content.
- Record documents, video clips, and images of internal event activities within the company.
7. Make periodic reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Marketing or related certificate.
- 2 years or more of experience in Digital Marketing. Experience in organizing events is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Adwords, SEO and online Marketing tools.
- Proficiency in design software.
- Ability to collect information and write articles well.
- Creative thinking.
- Ability to self-study and work independently.
- Good English.
