RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, organize, conduct and document scientific experiments independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in developing and validating analytical methods (Chromatography/Assay/RS/UV-VIS absorption).
• Experience in transferring analytical methods from R&D to Production.
• Optimization of existing analytical methods.
• Expertise and practical experience in chromatography (HPLC, LC-MS, GC, IC), other physical instruments such as pH meter, Osmometer.
• Provide documentation of raw data, evaluate and interpret results, recommend and provide input for the design of subsequent experiments.
• Responsible for the maintenance and use of various analytical instruments.
• Support initial evaluation, scheduling and further maintenance of analytical instruments.
• Work according to appropriate standards defined in the Quality Manual and SOP.
• Proactively lead initiatives to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Write procedures, scientific reports or Laboratory procedures based on templates or SOPs with minimal supervision.
