RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for understanding the product, capturing the requirements and expertise of the Group’s internal Departments/Divisions.
• Accurately translate these requirements into concise documents to serve as input for software design engineers.
• Discuss and work with specialized Departments/Divisions to capture knowledge related to the business.
• Record advanced functional requirements from related departments.
• Record detailed business requirement documents (use cases or functional specification/user stories) including assumptions and caveats.
• Participate in checking and peer-reviewing of requirement description documents.
• Participate in peer-reviewing of products built from the requirement description document to ensure that the requirements have been met and understood correctly.
• Act as a focal point in developing and clarifying requirements.
• Support UAT, verify errors/incidents with users/customers.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or similar position.
• Good documentation and interpretation skills.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and work closely with them to come up with optimal solutions.
• Logical thinking, critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Honest, open-minded and dedicated;

2. Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Minimum 3 years in software development.
• Experience in Real Estate and/or CRM is a plus.
