RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the focal point between the Digital Banking Division and the Application Development Departments of the IT Division to analyze and provide documents specifying business requirements, designing functions for Digital Banking products: Internet banking, mobile banking and open API…
• Coordinate work with the Application Development Departments in the process of building software, researching, developing/improving service products on web applications and APIs for KHCN & KHDN;
• Coordinate work with the Application Development Departments in the process of building software (Exchanging solutions, business requirements and required functions of the application problem)
• Act as the focal point to resolve problems in the process of implementing application development, building tools, and instructions for using digital banking services;
• Consult and support in answering questions from related departments on issues related to digital banking products and services;
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Director.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree or higher in the fields of Information Technology or Banking and Finance.
• At least 3 years of knowledge and experience in the BA position in the field of online transactions;
• Understanding of payment and e-commerce activities;
• Knowledge of banking products;
• Management and implementation skills;
• In-depth research and analysis skills;
• Problem solving skills;
• Presentation skills;
• Foreign language skills (reading and communicating fluently in English);
• Experience in electronic payment and transaction activities;
• Having participated in related projects at banks or e-commerce, fintech companies.
