RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Research and development of new products:
- Build, establish formulas, research outlines and key characteristics of new products to meet the company’s NPD requirements.
- Deploy the application of formulas and production processes for new mass-produced products to related departments and factories.
- Manage and issue documents TCKT/BOM/QTSX/TCB and related regulations for new products
- Manage the use of additives/labeling information in accordance with the law.
- Coordinate with Marketing to conduct external sensory testing of products (if any)
- Find and develop new sources of raw materials for new products.
2. Improve formulas and processes of current products:
- Update information on competitive products on the market
- Set up and improve formulas/processes of current products in accordance with the company’s development orientation.
- Search and evaluate alternative sources of raw materials to ensure no shortage of goods
3. Provide information related to export products:
- Draft and provide documents and certificates related to techniques and production formulas for export projects
4. Participate in handling issues related to products in charge:
- Implement issues related to formulas/processes/trouble-shoots, etc. as directed by management.
- Plan and participate in the evaluation team to test new equipment lines (if any)
5. Other tasks:
- Ad hoc tasks.
- Tasks under the command of superiors.
- These tasks are compatible with the objectives of the job.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from University in Chemistry/Food Chemistry.
- Computer: Proficient in office computer.
- Foreign language: Proficient in English.
- Expertise: At least 4 years working in the field of R&D of food/Dairy/Beverage.
- Good sense is an advantage.
- Good communication, clear voice, easy to listen, good analysis and problem solving.
