RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, manage, recruit & develop a team of Content Moderators, helping them to achieve their full potential and maintain high standards and quality of work.
• Ensure that all services are delivered within the framework core values and in line with existing policies and procedures.
• Actively promote and support inclusion, ensuring that individuals are supported to participate in community and work opportunities according to their interests and goals.
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, utilising clear goals and objective setting to help the team succeed.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1 year minimum supervising/leading a team of 10 or more people.
• Experience in a call center/contact center environment is a plus.
• Experience in a high-growth organization strongly preferred.
• English communication skills.
