RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage store operations
• Plan and strategize to achieve sales targets.
• Plan customer care and customer experience.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed as per instructions.
• Store, inventory, and date check merchandise.
• Develop strategies for slow-selling and long-standing items.
• Perform other tasks as required by superiors.
• Recruit, manage, and train subordinates on sales and products.
• Report directly to the Director.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: 1.5 – 2 years experience in supermarket management (Bach Hoa Xanh, Vinmart, Coopmart, …)
• Degree requirements: College degree or higher.
• Honest, straightforward, able to withstand work pressure.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, flexible, quick-witted.
• Computer proficiency: Excel, Word.
• Enthusiastic and able to withstand pressure.
