RESPONSIBILITIES

• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data.
• Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends, and industry trends.
• Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives.
• Monitoring and evaluating sales performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales forecasts and client delivery schedules.
• Forecasting demand, revenue, and expenses.
• Determining sales potential and making recommendations by reviewing past sales data.
• Communicate with the management team regularly, and present weekly reports to the sales department and managers.
• Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources.
• Evaluate third-party data to determine best practices for company success.
• Gather and analyze data to understand problems and address them proactively.
• Collaborate with team members and members of other departments and HQ.
• Ensures timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and timely updates to the trading and financial systems.
• Keeps track of all payments and expense invoices and statements.
• Prepares analyses of accounts and produces monthly reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, databases, and presentation software.
• Familiar with the system (Oracle, SAP, CRM, etc)
• Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• High level of organization and detail orientation.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
• Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize.
