RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and orient the Business Strategy, Marketing, Budget, in each stage to complete the Task Plans set by the Board of Directors.
  • Build a sustainable growth strategy focusing on increasing revenue, profit and customer satisfaction.
  • Build an advanced Marketing Policy to support the development of the Business Strategy.
  • Organize the collection, analysis, evaluation of market information, analyze market-related data and make proposals and recommendations to the General Director in orienting the market, orienting products to penetrate and dominate the market according to the company’s strategy.
  • Conduct research, search for new markets, new customers and discover customer needs, thereby having a suitable Product Development Strategy and Sales Strategy (international market and domestic market)
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to develop new products and/or improve to meet new needs or save for customers, paying attention to appropriate business practices. Strictly monitor the improvement for the Sales Division.
  • Closely monitor the completion of the Plan for each Department and each employee. Seriously evaluate the completion of the Department’s work.
  • Implement and monitor the business plan, budget, analyze the operating status to promptly respond to changing conditions (if any)
  • Research domestic and foreign competitors, including manufacturing plants, trading companies, import-export, and consignment to ensure a clear understanding of the total commercial output, consumption in the markets and assess the increase and decrease of each customer, key market (80/20)
  • Always research new products from the market/competitors or from customer information, colleagues’ initiatives or from other sources to promptly propose to the Company for further research.
  • Develop the ADC brand through effective Marketing Channels and programs. Become a model of “Brand Champion”, direct, operate, optimize brand recognition for internal customers (employees and colleagues) and external customers (customers and partners)
  • Build and maintain sustainable, long-term relationships with customers, by accompanying and understanding their needs and goals.
  • Organize to handle customer complaints quickly and satisfactorily upon receipt of complaints (if any)
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Sales Processes/Systems/Policies and professional standards in assigned areas. Be responsible for optimizing Regulations/Processes to achieve greater efficiency in business operations.
  • Be responsible for recruiting, allocating targets, Rewards, Discipline, training according to the Company’s Policy.
  • Organize propaganda, communication and orientation of the Company’s Vision, Mission, Core Values ​​regularly to ensure that the Company’s Goals are understood and consistent.
  • Training the Succession Team, improving the capacity of the Sales Department’s human resources to ensure competitiveness in the market and create opportunities for employees to advance.
  • Responsible for contributing to improvements and implementing commitments to reduce sales and operating costs of the department.
  • Report on the sales department’s activities to the General Director.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Professional requirements:

  • Graduated from a regular university or higher, majoring in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Economics, Marketing and other majors from prestigious universities at home and abroad.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the position of Deputy General Director of Business Development or Business Director of Manufacturing and Trading Companies with 500 employees and revenue of 500 billion VND or more.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of Business Strategy Development.
  • Have a firm grasp of business law knowledge of the company’s client countries.
  • Understand Management Tools and Methods of Market Analysis and Assessment.
  • Have the ability to manage the operations of the International and Domestic Sales Department; Marketing, thereby having appropriate development strategies.
  • Have extensive relationships with customs agencies and related partners.
  • Understand the business characteristics, needs, and tastes of fishery and agricultural products in the US, European, and Asian markets.
  • English communication and proficiency in another foreign language (preferred)
  • Know how to exploit smart applications to serve the job.
