RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage e-commerce P&L, strategy execution, brand management, technical components, and budget achievement to ensure the overall success and profitability of the e-commerce channel.
  • Develop and execute annual ecommerce plans and sales budgets, working closely with other members of the team to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Optimize omnichannel strategies and maintain the brand identity online, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and vendors, to achieve business objectives and ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Oversee technical aspects of D2C ecommerce sites and marketplaces, including website design and functionality, payment processing, and inventory management.
  • Monitor progress through monthly business reviews with key accounts and channels, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to the ecommerce team.
  • Drive ROI/ROAS through various growth tactics, such as SEO, SEM, social media, affiliate marketing, referral marketing, and programmatic display.
  • Identify new opportunities to improve ROI/ROAS and online brand reputation, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Manage logistics and customer service across all channels, ensuring timely delivery of orders and exceptional customer support.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of P&L responsibility and experience in a similar role, with in-depth ecommerce experience in multiple markets, such as SEA, Japan, US, and UK.
  • Strong team player mentality with excellent commercial, analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Independent, ambitious, sales-driven, and results-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and high-performance environment.
  • Knowledge of D2C KPIs and how to improve them, with a strong understanding of Shopify, UI, UX, and web development.
