Responsible to the Board of General Directors for all production activities of the Factory.
Organize the construction and application of a quality system throughout the Factory that meets the requirements of food safety standards, GMP WHO, GMP EU, ISO, 5S.
Approve documents issued within the Factory.
Receive production plan targets according to orders and requests of the Board of General Directors. Organize and manage production and complete the plan according to regulations.
Executive management, training of staff and employees, building a production and product quality management system in the Company.
Responsible for implementing the Company’s regulations such as: Labor management, asset management, hygiene and labor safety.
Report the Factory’s production situation to the Board of General Directors periodically or unexpectedly when necessary.
Develop goals and plan to carry out the Factory’s work in accordance with the Company’s plan.
Organize the management, use and maintenance of issues related to facilities, machinery, equipment and factories according to the direction of the company’s Board of General Directors.
Direct the receipt of product transfer, research and development of new products at the request of the company’s Board of General Directors.
Organize production planning, assign tasks to production departments according to the Company’s technological process and monthly/quarterly/annual production plan orders.</li >
Planning and forecasting the factory’s human resource needs to meet production needs. Organize quality training for Factory staff
Proactively develop, deploy and apply measures to improve quality and labor productivity, reduce production costs.
Organize the development and implementation of performance evaluation, rewards and discipline in the Factory.
Other related tasks as directed by the company’s Board of General Directors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from University majoring in Pharmacy.
At least 5 years of experience in factory management according to GMP WHO/ PICs/ EU standards in a similar position.
Proficient in using work skills (Word, Excel…)
Ability to plan strategies, handle conflicts/conflicts, solve problems and have leadership skills.
Conscientious, transparent, honest, responsible, flexible, able to withstand high work pressure.
