RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and manage debt throughout the company.
• Check and compare internal data with departments, detailed and general data.
• Check accounts of arising economic transactions.
• Check the balance between detail and synthesis.
• Depreciate fixed assets, tools, and account for some other accounting documents such as salaries and bank documents.
• Quarterly check output invoices and input invoices on the VAT declaration, report on the status of invoice usage, and report on the status of use of personal income tax deduction documents.
• Declare license tax and pay tax when incurred.
• Process data to prepare accounting books: track inventory import and export, allocation, depreciation, cost calculation, tax transfer, profit and loss transfer to close accounting books.
• Review the whole year’s records, processed data, rebalance profit and loss to the annual financial statement, and finalize corporate income tax.
• Provide documents to banks and audits as requested by superiors.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from University, majoring in corporate accounting, auditing, and finance.
• Have at least 3 years experience in a similar position.
• Master accounting operations.
• Proficient in using accounting software and office computers.
• Careful, honest, highly responsible at work and under high pressure at work.
• Have passion, dedication, desire to stick together and develop.
