RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for developing, improving and implementing training programs for staff and customers during the implementation of alternative channel projects.
• Implement training programs for the sales force of the alternative channel on related professional knowledge, business models, sales and service models, products/services at the alternative channel.
• Design and manage professional documents to guide staff, behavioral scenarios/customer support for situations arising during the operation of the alternative channel.
• Coordinate with MKT and related departments in drafting communication content about products/services of the alternative channel model.
• The project focal point coordinates with MKT in implementing surveys/research/collecting objective information on customer and employee feedback on alternative channel product and service models, corresponding models of competitor banks… to propose improvement solutions for the project and the Channel Design Director.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking, etc.
• Understanding of the banking industry, especially retail banking.
• Professional knowledge of alternative channels.
• Skills in planning, analyzing, and designing models.
• Good presentation skills, expressing clearly and effectively.
• Skills in working and communicating with stakeholders, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking and finance sector.
