RESPONSIBILITIES

A. JOB PURPOSE

  • Efficiently manage the operations of the branch cluster as per the Regional Director’s assignment and closely coordinate with the Deputy Directors/Branch Managers/Savings Fund Officers/Branch Department Heads to achieve the designated business objectives (KPIs).

B. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop business plans/budgets:

  • Construct development and risk management plans suitable for the branch cluster aligned with the regional direction during each period.
  • Provide insights to the Regional Director on business potential within the region.

2. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch/branch cluster:

  • Collaborate with the Regional Director, Business Division to ensure effective sales activities and customer service quality.
  • Organize & expand personal & business customer service operations; Develop and implement customer attraction strategies.
  • Organize, implement, and manage shared operations across the branch cluster.
  • Coordinate operations of subordinate units.
  • Approve credits within authorized limits.

3. Manage branch cluster personnel:

  • Directly manage staff: Assign targets to employees as per regulations; Evaluate job completion; Propose and participate in recruitment, appointment, rotation, commendation, benefits, training processes…
  • Indirectly manage staff: Approve and support relevant issues within authority.

4. Perform tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Knowledge & experience:

  • Professional qualifications: University degree or higher with appropriate majors such as economics, finance, banking, business administration or equivalent professional expertise.
  • Computer skills: proficient in office computers.
  • Foreign language level (English): Level C or equivalent.
  • Experience: Have at least 05 years of working experience in a related field, including at least 03 years as a manager in a similar position.
