RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Building and managing the sales team:
- Recruiting and developing a team of Department Heads with sufficient qualities & conditions in terms of knowledge and skills.
- Supporting the Department Heads team to build culture, connecting the team in the whole block, sharing knowledge and professional experience, creating understanding and interest of the team in the professional career path.
2. Building the business capacity and developing customers of the sales team:
- Developing a list of potential customers from outside and managing the list of customers assigned by the company to take care of.
- Evaluating the care capacity of each department to allocate appropriate customers to optimize service quality for customers.
- Coordinating the implementation of market development activities, developing potential customers; Organizing training activities and introducing products and services to customers.
- Being the company’s representative to take care of large customer relationships and coordinating with resources within the company in the process of providing products and services to customers.
3. Develop a plan & manage business performance effectively:
- Develop and receive annual business targets.
- Organize and lead the implementation according to the set business goals.
- Effectively manage the performance of the block and the performance of each employee in the block.
- Supervise business operations according to the company’s mechanism.
4. Build and protect the company’s reputation in the market:
- Participate in contributing ideas to orient the market vision, improve the competitiveness of products and services to maintain the company’s position.
REQUIREMENTS
- Have qualities and mindset that are consistent with the company’s core values (IPAM & 4C)
- At least 10 years of experience in professional management positions at securities companies, banks, or fund management companies. Of which, 5 years of experience in the development and management of deposit customers, bond investment customers, fund certificates or experience in personal financial management, asset allocation.
- Have a deep understanding of the macroeconomic environment, investment environment and investment asset channels.
- Ability to develop, train and lead a team.
- Skills in using digital platforms.
- Good English at work.
