RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive requests and goals from the Project Owner, collect internal/external data to propose ideas, implementation framework, specify goals, scope, and stakeholders of the project.
  • Plan resources, identify core project team personnel; collect data to clarify goals, scope, find feasible options/solutions to develop project outline; establish project outline; anticipate risks, identify impacts of stakeholders on the project (if any)
  • Establish project plan, project plan orientation, specify content and scope of work; establish progress plan, cost plan, personnel plan and other necessary plans.
  • Direct, organize, guide implementation, coordinate and manage the project implementation process according to the approved Outline through the stages of the project life cycle; Assign work, adjust work content of project members;
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders; evaluate project members’ work results (if required);
  • Organize bidding, carry out purchasing; organize quality assurance work; manage changes, manage costs, direct the implementation of resolving arising problems… ensure project implementation within scope (including quality), progress and project costs according to the set plan.
  • Coordinate internal project communication with functional units.
  • Proactively organize and chair activities (regular meetings, thematic meetings, working with stakeholders…) of BDA to carry out project work to achieve set goals.
  • Prepare and report periodically (weekly/monthly) or when requested on project progress/results to the Project Owner and relevant parties (if any).

REQUIREMENTS

  • University/Postgraduate degree in Economics/Finance/Banking/Business Administration.
  • Relevant professional knowledge (finance/Banking/fields related to the project to be implemented)
  • Legal knowledge related to the banking sector (banking law, civil law), understanding of regulations, rules, circulars, and instructions of the State Bank related to banking products and services.
  • Understanding of banking operations and business models.
  • Professional knowledge related to the project and other supporting knowledge to implement the project to ensure the scope, cost, and time of the project.
  • Knowledge of project management.
  • Problem solving, planning, and business model design skills.
  • Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), office computer.
  • At least 07 years of working experience in the field of Finance/Banking/fields related to the project to be implemented.At least 03 years of experience in a management position. At least 01 year of experience in project implementation or experience participating in implementing at least 01 strategic banking project.
  • Leadership spirit, responsibility, honesty, carefulness, accuracy, sensitivity, agility, sensitivity in diplomacy, independence, decisiveness.
  • Discipline, proactive in work, confident, creative, dynamic.
