RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build a sales and service model for the Affluent segment.
- Standardize the coordination process for sales positions for the Affluent segment according to the designed model.
- Coordinate the development of tools and systems to support customer management and sales management for the Affluent segment sales force.
- Develop multi-channel distribution to serve Affluent customers.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the project manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking, etc.
- Have specialized knowledge in sales management and distribution channels.
- Skills in planning, analyzing, and designing business models.
- Good presentation skills, expressing clearly and effectively.
- Have skills in working and communicating with stakeholders, logical thinking, and problem solving skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of banking and finance.
