RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research and evaluate current sales/sales management processes, identify gaps and weaknesses leading to efficiency/quality issues.
• Evaluate, propose/solution and implement changes related to sales/sales management/operations processes, sales coordination processes between business unit positions/priority customer membership identification processes for sales forces in distribution channels.
• Coordinate with specialized units to build, design detailed processes and deploy on technology systems, evaluate implementation results to ensure effectiveness as originally designed.
• Standardize and upgrade sales support tools, increase technology content in sales management processes and tools.
• Participate in building and developing software systems to manage sales activities of sales forces.
• Establish sales performance management reporting systems to measure, analyze and serve as a basis for making business decisions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop a capacity building program framework for sales and service positions and implement training.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking, etc.
• Understanding of the banking industry, especially retail banking.
• Professional knowledge of sales processes and effective management.
• Planning and analytical skills.
• Good presentation skills, expressing clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work and communicate with stakeholders, logical thinking, problem solving skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking and finance sector.
