RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand the Customer Value Proposition for Affluent Clients and help the project team promote those values ​​through Partner prospecting activities.
  • Work across the bank’s Departments to increase partner awareness, help secure client meetings to demonstrate partner capabilities, understand customer gaps where the partner can fit, and identify opportunities to expand the program portfolio for the project.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with Partners and develop strategies to increase revenue generated from the partnership.
  • Facilitate partner onboarding, including but not limited to: Identifying data needs, data sequencing, and maintaining relationships.
  • Conduct regular partner performance reviews to determine how successful the partner is, ensure that the bank’s data is being used properly, and that revenue sharing is being paid appropriately.
  • Work closely with the Business Analyst within the project team to leverage available data and relevant industry and partner/competitor insights to inform growth strategies.
  • Identify and support new opportunities for efficiencies and best practices with the Partner Development team within the Personal Finance Division.
  • Develop program materials to tell the story of what works for Partner Programs.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, partners, vendors and internal departments to cultivate relationships and create a seamless workflow.
  • Effectively communicate Bank’s value proposition, tools and capabilities to Partners and develop strategic solutions/recommendations that meet project objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
  • Proven work experience as a business development manager, business director or related role.
  • 3-5 years of commercial or client development partnership experience, partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite such as PPT, Excel (knowledge of spreadsheet functions including pivot tables, v-lookups, charts and graphs), Google Docs and Slack.
  • Effective in building relationships with teammates and other departments within the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of focus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills – able to convey information clearly and concisely at all levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated, highly motivated and effective team player to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision and able to flexibly change.
  • Ability to identify strategic potential and develop new business.
  • Planning and time management skills.
  • Understanding of sales and business performance metrics.
  • Ability to effectively present to others the achievements being built at TMO-Business Model
  • Transformation Project for Wealthy Clients.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to develop effective relationships with both internal and external parties.
