RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the bank’s financial product departments to refine/develop investment product features for Privilege members in line with the value proposition development for Affluent customers.
• Oversee the development process and ensure adherence to schedules and timeframes.
• Monitor market trends and competitor intelligence to identify potential areas for new investment financial product development or related features that need to be added/refined.
• Determine pricing policies and investment product positioning for identified target sub-segments.

REQUIREMENTS

• This position requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for financial solutions development. The employee will operate with limited supervision from the manager and will rely heavily on independent judgment in organizing and executing tasks.
• Have a deep understanding of Vietnam’s Priority Banking products and stay up to date with emerging trends in financial solutions for Priority Banking in the region.
• Be self-directed and highly organized.
• Ability to communicate and operate professionally with all levels of personnel and business partners throughout the organization.
• Understand how to present product and service features and benefits to customers with different needs.
• Familiar with a wide range of industry concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with a focus on Finance, Banking, Business Administration, and Marketing.
• 7 years of professional experience in the finance/banking industry.
• Experience related to developing and managing investment solutions in a financial or banking institution.
