RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for planning sales channel and market development strategies to increase sales according to assigned targets, building marketing strategies to promote products.
• Research and survey to find markets and develop sales channels.
• Build business development strategies towards increasing sales and profits.
• Make business plans, product marketing plans, implement and monitor implementation according to assigned plans to achieve sales targets.
• Build, establish and maintain sustainable, long-term relationships with partners and customers.
• Present the business vision, mission and product value to partners in a convincing manner.
• Develop and train sales teams.
• Report to the board of directors on business development as well as factors that may affect costs and overall business strategy.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Business Development Director.
• Experience in market development, building sales channels, developing sales teams.
• Understanding of marketing activities, digital marketing business (digital sales).
• Have strategic thinking.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Relationship building and maintenance skills.
• Time management and planning skills.
