RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with the bank’s financial product departments to refine/develop investment product features for Privilege members in line with the value proposition development orientation for Affluent customers.
  • Coordinate and directly participate in developing competency frameworks, training programs and career development roadmaps for frontline positions in Privilege Banking.
  • Participate in developing competency assessment tools (including knowledge, skills, behaviors, thinking, attitudes);
  • Develop a system of Overall Competency Development Framework associated with Career Development Roadmap for frontline positions in Privilege Banking
  • Update and adjust (if necessary) the Overall Competency Development Framework associated with Career Development Roadmap for frontline positions in Privilege Banking;
  • Develop training programs according to the 70:20:10 learning model and ensure the quality of the training program’s content;
  • Participate in developing tools for capacity assessment (including knowledge, skills, behaviors, thinking, attitudes);
  • Advise the unit on issues related to the capacity framework and career development roadmap
    Work with experts/consulting companies on specific projects and/or consulting activities for training & development and ensure expected results are achieved.
  • Develop regulations, processes, and guidelines within the scope of the Capacity Development function;
  • Participate with stakeholders to establish requirements for technology infrastructure or tools to serve the practical implementation of capacity development activities including but not limited to the functions of managing career paths and learning paths;
  • Conduct surveys to assess the effectiveness of staff capacity building through questionnaires or direct interviews or by appropriate measures;
  • Manage the progress of assigned work according to the plan to ensure the achievement of work objectives in each stage;
  • Identify, monitor and report to management levels on risks during work implementation to have timely solutions;
  • Perform other related tasks as required by direct management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum university degree.
  • Ability to use English fluently at work.
  • Experience in consulting/building KNL, capacity assessment tools, building training roadmaps.
  • Understanding of training models and types of training.
  • Understanding of training effectiveness assessment methods, practical experience in applying these tools.
  • Working experience (lead or core team role) for projects.
  • Experience in managing and coordinating human resources.
  • Having logical thinking and in-depth research ability.
  • Understanding of banks, systems and functional areas (prefer, if the above competencies are solid, this part can be accepted for training later)
