RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and supervise the implementation of plans;
• Be responsible to the Board of Directors for managing the financial and business situation of the Branch;
• Develop and allocate specific operational plan targets for each Department;
• Supervise the implementation of plans for each Department and promptly disseminate, record opinions and provide timely guidance and adjustments, ensuring the completion of the proposed plan;
• Take care of and develop customers;
• Manage and care for existing customers in the area;
• Search for and develop new customers in the area and neighboring provinces to expand the market and scope of operations of the Branch;
• Develop the team;
• Build a friendly and professional working environment for the Branch;
• Be responsible for managing all personnel of the Branch: implementing recruitment, training, urging implementation and evaluating work results;
• Risk management;
• Monitor, supervise and ensure business operations are continuous and safe to ensure compliance with Company and industry regulations and policies;
• Develop prevention plans for potential risks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from a regular university in Economics/Securities/Finance/Banking/Business Administration or related fields;
• At least 03-05 years of working experience in the securities/banking/finance industry, of which at least 03 years in management positions;
• Priority is given to candidates with experience in charge of Brokerage and Securities Consulting, with a Securities Practice Certificate;
• Ability to lead and solve problems;
• Good communication skills, know how to build and expand many social relationships;
• Understanding of Enterprise Law, Securities Law;
• Foreign language and IT skills: Good communication English, proficient in office computer.
