RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the resources of the Transformation Management Office to implement projects.
• Organize the development of a governance framework, tools, processes, templates for the implementation of transformation projects and implementation guidelines.
• Organize the development of systems, tools, and processes to effectively monitor the portfolio of transformation projects.
• Organize the monitoring of the establishment and updating of summary information reports related to project progress, project health, issues, and content that needs to be reported.
• Develop and implement a change management program to support the bank’s transformation program.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to implement communication programs for transformation projects and transformation activities of the bank.
• Work closely with project teams to grasp the implementation status, arising issues, and required reports.
• Research, implement, and replicate flexible working thinking.
• Coordinate with relevant units to develop and organize programs to improve project implementation capacity for TMO.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking, etc.
• Understanding of the banking and finance sector.
• Knowledgeable in establishing, building, and analyzing strategies in banking operations.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in project management.
• Good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Analyzing, handling situations, and making decisions.
